EightyTwenty — AI Workout Builder offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or contact us at support@8020app.ai with your order details and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Renewals and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle typically returns funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
